Pudding Recipes
Ingredients: 500 cc of liquid milk, 5 eggs, 125 grams sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder.
Caramel Ingredients: 175 grams of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of water.
How to make:
Caramel: anti-stick pan ready, put sugar and heat over low heat until the sugar melts and brown. Add water and lime juice. Remove and immediately pour into heat-resistant molds. Spread to all the mold and then chill.
Pudding: mix all ingredients and mix until all ingredients well blended and dissolved. Then strain into a mold which is filled with caramel. Then roast in the oven with a temperature of 180 º C for ± 30 minutes. Once cooked, let cool and then put in the refrigerator. Serve in cold conditions.
